The agreement
Product 5 is a customer relationship manager built by Solithix. Using it means you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you are saying you are allowed to.
These terms cover the product itself. What happens to the data you put in it is covered by the privacy policy, which is part of this agreement.
Your account and your workspace
- Give us a real email address and keep it working — it is how you get back in if you lose your password.
- Your password is yours to look after. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
- A workspace owner is responsible for who they invite. If someone on your team misuses the product, that is your workspace's problem to fix.
- You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
What you must not do
Do not use Product 5 to:
- Break the law, or hold data you had no right to collect in the first place.
- Send spam, or mail people who never agreed to hear from you.
- Store data you are not allowed to hand to a third party to host.
- Attack the service — scraping it, overloading it, probing it, or trying to reach another workspace's data.
- Resell the product as if it were your own, or work around the limits of your plan.
- Upload malware, or anything designed to damage someone else's system.
If we find any of this happening we may suspend the workspace responsible. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.
Your data stays yours
Everything you put into your workspace belongs to you. We do not claim it, sell it, or use it to train AI models. We hold it for one reason: so the product can show it back to you.
You give us permission to store, copy and display that data only as far as running the product requires — and no further.
You are responsible for having the right to hold the personal data you put in. A CRM is full of other people's names and email addresses, and it is you who collected them.
Early access
Product 5 is in early access and free to use. That means features appear, change and occasionally disappear, and we do not promise any particular uptime.
Keep your own backup of anything you cannot afford to lose. Contacts, companies and deals export to CSV from inside the product at any time, and it is worth doing.
If Product 5 starts charging, we will say so before your workspace is asked to pay for anything.
Services you connect
You can connect Product 5 to other services — Google Calendar, Discord, an AI provider of your choosing. Those are their companies' products under their own terms, and connecting one sends it whatever the connection needs. What each one receives is on the sub-processors page. Disconnect it and we stop sending.
Ending it
You can stop whenever you like. Delete your account from Settings → Profile, or delete the whole workspace if you own it. A deleted workspace is restorable for 30 days, then erased for good along with everything in it.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. We can also stop offering Product 5 entirely — if that happens we will give you notice and time to export your data first.
What we do not promise
Product 5 is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and we are not liable for business you lose, data you lose, or profits you do not make while using it.
None of this limits anything that cannot be limited by law where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page says when we last did. If a change matters to you, we will email workspace owners rather than rely on you noticing. Carrying on using Product 5 after that means you accept the new version.
