The whole CRM is open. It is still being built.
It costs nothing and no feature is locked. Below is what works today, and after that, what does not.
What early access means.
Four things, none of them a promise about the future. Every one is true of the product today.
It costs nothing
No card, no trial clock, no plan to choose. We would rather hear what is missing than take your money first.
Nothing is held back
There is no locked tier. Automations and the assistant work from the first sign-in. The assistant runs on an AI key you supply, and has a demo mode until you do.
The gaps are named
31 capabilities are unfinished, and each one names what is missing instead of saying “coming soon”. They are listed at the bottom of this page.
Your data leaves when you do
Export any filtered list of contacts, companies or deals to CSV. Delete the workspace and everything in it yourself, without asking us.
Your first ten minutes.
Five steps, in this order. None of them needs an engineer and none of them needs us.
Create the workspace and invite your team
Sign up, name the workspace, and invite the people who sell with you. They arrive as owner, admin or member, and the role decides what each of them can do.
Sign up, then Settings → Members
Rename the stages to the ones you use
A starter pipeline is already there. Rename its stages to the words your team says out loud, recolour them, drag them into your order, and add a second pipeline if you sell in two motions.
Deals → Manage stages (admins and owners)
Add the fields your business runs on
Text, number, date, dropdown or checkbox. Contacts and deals keep separate field sets, and any field can be made compulsory so it stops being optional in practice.
Settings → Custom fields
Bring your contacts in from a CSV
Upload the file and map every column yourself, including the fields you just added. Preview the result before a single row is written, then let it run in the background and read the per-row report at the end.
Import
Work a deal, then ask Ember about it
Drag a deal across the board, leave a note on the record, and set the follow-up you owe. Then ask Ember what is stuck or who has gone quiet. It answers from your live data, and asks before it changes anything.
Deals, then Assistant
Six parts, and what each one is for.
Every screen below is the real thing, drawn from the same components the product ships.
Every person, and the business behind them.
Contacts and companies stay linked, and the same person cannot end up in your list twice under two spellings.
- Duplicate contact detection
- Undo a contact merge
- Link a contact to a company
- Filter and sort by your own fields
| Contact | Company | Status |
|---|---|---|
AKAarav Kapoor | Acme Corp | Customer |
VRVera Romanov | Northwind Co. | Champion |
SSSana Shaikh | Banyan Health | Lead |
DMDiego Marsh | Lotus Retail | Partner |
A board with your stages on it.
Drag a deal from one stage to the next, and the column totals correct themselves.
- Deals kanban board
- Move a deal between stages
- Live totals on every stage
- Run more than one pipeline
What was said, and what you owe.
Notes and calls stay on the record they belong to, follow-ups have an owner and a date, and one keystroke finds any of it.
- Activity timeline
- Assign a task
- In-app notifications
- Command palette
- Sent revised MSA to Acme Corp legalAarav Kapoor · 2h ago
- Discovery call — Cobalt Bank (KYC scope)Lena Fischer · Yesterday
- Coral Fintech wants SOC 2 evidence before POCOmar Haddad · 2d ago
Fields you add yourself, in a minute.
Your own fields on contacts and deals, the views you keep rebuilding saved once, and a public form that feeds both.
- Text, number, date, dropdown or checkbox
- Save a filter and sort as a view
- Form builder
- Preview an import before it writes anything
Draw the workflow, or just ask.
Put a trigger, a condition and its actions on a canvas, or describe what you want to Ember and approve the change it proposes.
- Build a workflow on a canvas
- Test it safely before switching it on
- Let it make the change for you
- Answers drawn from your live data
Your team, and a record of everything.
Roles are checked on the server rather than hidden in the interface, and every change lands in an audit trail you can read back.
- Owner, admin and member roles
- Your data stays in your workspace
- Every change is recorded, permanently
- Invite a teammate by email

What is not finished.
31 capabilities are written and tested, and we still will not claim them, usually because a credential has never been configured on a real deployment. None of them is counted anywhere on this page.
