Ember, the AI agentinside Product 5.
Ask Ember in plain English. It reads your live workspace, shows its working, and changes nothing you have not approved.
It shows its working.
Ember answers from your data, not from memory. It tells you what it looked at, so you can check the answer instead of trusting it.
A recorded turn. Every tool named above is one Ember really has.
It proposes. You decide.
Ember writes notes, tasks and new records on its own. Anything that changes or removes what is already there waits for your click.
Writes it straight away
Additive work with nothing to undo. Ember does it and tells you afterwards.
Asks you first
Anything that changes or removes what is already there. It stops and waits for your click.
It knows your whole workspace.

Bring your own key.
Seven providers. The models you already pay for, called with your own key. No markup, no reselling, and no lock-in to whichever lab we happen to like this year.
Reasoning turned up and a budget of eight steps, so Ember can compare records before it replies.
Seven providers, ready today
Pick the lab you already pay for. Ember speaks each one's dialect for how hard to think — including saying nothing at all to a model that cannot reason.
Your key stays yours
Stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, one row per workspace, and never shown again after you save it. You pay your provider directly — Product 5 never marks up a token.
Not just one panel.
Ember is wired into the screens you already use, so most of the time you never have to go and ask it anything.
Pin a record to your message
Search deals and contacts from the composer and attach them as chips. Each one is re-fetched on the server, so Ember reads the live record.
Filter in plain English
Type it on a contact, deal or company list and watch it become the list's real filter. Nothing changes until you confirm. The tasks list keeps its fixed tabs.
Search that tries harder
When the palette finds nothing it retries looser, then asks Ember to rewrite the query. It rephrases what you typed; it never invents a result.
A scoreboard in words
One button turns the period's numbers into a paragraph. Never cached — every click writes a fresh one.
Threads that survive a refresh
Every conversation is saved as it happens and reopens with its tool steps and cards intact. A thread is private to whoever wrote it — an admin cannot read yours.
See what a turn costs
Input, output, cached and reasoning tokens, and how full the context window is — live, while the turn runs.
It can never do more than you can.
Ember has no private way into your data. It calls the same permission-checked, audited actions your own clicks call.
It cannot outrank you
Every write goes through the same permission-checked action your own click would use. A member who asks Ember to do an admin-only thing is refused, exactly as they would be in the interface.
It cannot leave your workspace
The workspace comes from your server session and nowhere else — never from a form field, a URL or anything the model says. Every tool filters by it.
Every change is on the record
Each write appends an audit event naming you as the actor, not Ember. Admins can read the whole trail on the Audit settings page.
Your thread is yours
Conversations are scoped to the workspace and to you. Nobody else can open one — including an owner. Ratings you leave on a reply are private too.
Ask it something hard.
Ember runs on your own provider key, so it costs you what your model costs and nothing more. Without a key it answers from a scripted demo, which is enough to see the shape of it.
